Bacon Blue Cheese Burgers

Bacon Blue Cheese Burgers

The burgers with blue cheese, juicy, spiced and grilled to perfection, served with crunchy bacon and melted blue cheese pieces!

My mother loves blue cheese, and I remember when she grew up, she ate blue cheese for salads, especially blue cheese sauce. In fact, she was ordering the blue cheese sauce and the amazing balsamic vinegar that the restaurant should offer “aside”, and then I lift my ignorant 14-year-old nose and say, “My mom is disgusting.”

Just as I had similar experiences when I was young, I now eat my words as an adult. I said that when I ordered a side dish of salad in the restaurant, just like my mom, she got both blue cheese, balsamic vinegar and fruit, which was absolutely 100%. Is blue cheese broken? Far from being satisfied. I put them on salad and recently on burgers.

In fact, this burger is similar to a salad sandwich, because blue cheese and bacon in salad drink tea. However, we are doing better because we have blended our full flavor mixture with burgers and there are a few more delicious things than this.

Description

The burgers with blue cheese, juicy, spiced and grilled to perfection, served with crunchy bacon and melted blue cheese pieces!

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean beef (see note)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 23 teaspoons of meat seasoning
  • 4 hamburgers
  • 1/4 red onion, thin slices
  • 1/2 tomato, thin slices
  • Half a cup of grated cheese
  • 8 bacon, cooked
  • Optional: the other toppings, like lettuce and mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Grease and heat the grill.
  2. Add the meat to a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper and season the steaks. The mixture is manually pureed to distribute the spices well. Divide the meat into 4 equal parts and make small pies separately.
  3. Grilled meat patties over medium low heat for 4-7 minutes on each side until the required ripe has been reached. Turn off the grill. Put a quarter cup of blue cheese on each cooked pie and leave it on the grill for about a minute until the blue cheese begins to melt.
  4. The burgers are collected by dusting each bottom half with mayonnaise, lettuce, burgers, bacon and half the top bread. Serve immediately while hot!

Notes

My favorite advice is beef seasoning! Add 2-3 teaspoons of minced meat seasoning to the minced meat and mix well, then create small pancakes for an amazing flavor.
