There are so many chicken thigh recipes I have been cooking recently, and I have received many requests to substitute chicken breast for the recipe.

Now I must admit that there is nothing more delicious than bone-in and skin-on chicken thighs, but the honey garlic chicken breast is closely followed.

It’s even better if you cook the vegetables with a sweet and delicious garlic sauce, allowing the juice to ooze and the vegetables are grilled just right.

You can also add more vegetables according to your preference, but I strongly recommend that you pay attention to the cooking time according to the vegetables.

Now this is really a meal, if you really want to save utensils, I suggest putting the baking sheet in the middle of the table and eating directly from the pot.

  • 4 chicken breasts (thin, boneless and skinless)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Paper towel dry your thin chicken breasts (if you bought thick ones, make sure to butterfly each one). In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian
  2. Seasoning. Stir well to blend.
  3. Using a fork or tongs, coat the chicken breasts in the flour mixture and set aside.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, place flour coated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, turning once between cooking, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken from pan and serve warm with pasta or vegetables.
