Mushroom Swiss Burgers

Grilled Swiss burger with mushrooms, rich Swiss cheese, fried garlic and vanilla mushroom!

I usually only eat mushrooms when my husband is not in town. I like mushrooms. Sometimes, when they’re well prepared, I say I love mushrooms. But my husband hates mushrooms, so if I’m going to make something with mushrooms, either I can be sure they’re big enough to easily take them off the plate, or wait for him to go on a business trip so that I can enjoy hard-to-eat foods.

Last night, I spent a girl’s night with four sisters, a daughter and a mother. We watched the Little Mermaid at Hull Center Theater (a large theater in Utah) and had dinner at Applebee’s. Been to Applebees? I’ve never been there, I feel like it will go on forever, but they have completely tweaked their menu. We now have many beef Dutch side dishes, and I think I might need to go to Applebees every day next month to taste them. .

Niwei Tender. Once again the mushrooms. We ate last night at Applebee’s, I had chicken and mushrooms, and it was really good. It’s as if imitators will be here on CDLC soon, and I’ve missed something severe.

Description

Grilled Swiss burger with mushrooms, rich Swiss cheese, fried garlic and vanilla mushroom!

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of meat seasoning, or a teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, and sweet
    pepper
  • 1 cup mushroom, thin slices
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian spices
  • 48 Swiss cheese slices
  • 4 hamburgers
  • Optional: choose a layer, such as tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise, or ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix minced meat, salt and pepper, season the steaks (or other spices) together and mix well until all spices mix together. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and make it into small pies. (See note)
  2. In a small, medium, or skillet pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms, garlic and Italian spices, then saute until mushrooms become very soft. Remove from heat, cover pot with aluminum foil to keep heat, and set aside.
  3. Grill the hamburger patties on both sides over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, or until they reach the required ripening degree. Put one or two Swiss cheese pies on top and leave it on the grill (closed) for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
  4. Collect the burgers by arranging any required additions in the bottom half of each cake head, then keep up with the cheese burger patties, then load the burgers into mushrooms and the top half of the head. Now cast.

Notes

Burger slices shrink when cooked. I found a good rule of thumb when pie formation is to make pancakes at least 1/4 inch larger than the sides of the bread.
