To be honest, I think I’m tired here – I don’t have a kitchen because it’s being built, and I’m losing summer cooking time and cooking time. Ice cream, grilled meat and lots of roast … I needed it and slipped away in the summer when I rebuilt the kitchen.

- 3 medium cutting options (peeled if necessary)
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup of chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 lemon juice (about 3 tablespoons)
